Refunds
We will accept returns for store credit on eligible items. Once a return is approved the customer will receive credit in the form of a gift card that can be used online. You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to request a return on your item(s). Returns are processed within 2 to 7 business days after the item(s) are delivered to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items                                                    We will accept returns for store credit on eligible items. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Items Purchased With a Gift Card or Store Credit
  • Swim & Lingerie
  • Beauty (Makeup)
  • Shoes
  • Accessories
  • Costumes
  • Custom Products (Special Orders or Personalized Items)
  • International Orders
  • "All Sales are Final" in the description box of the item

Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label. Return shipping labels can be purchased for $3.99. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS INCLUDE REGIONS OUTSIDE OF USA.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, just return it and we'll issue a gift card to make a new purchase.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at contact.mermaiddreams@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
